great point Jakub! It doesn't need to be a big “thing”, but it definitely sets some expectations … if you appear to be too nice in the business world and a woman at the same time, some people may underestimate you –> expect you to be a weak leader, naive or easy to negotiate with. Not necessarily my case. Cheeky again, right? But as a lot of people close to me repeated that being “too nice” is one of my weaknesses, I put it here. I'm happy to replace it with something more juicy. Any suggestion? 😈
