My heart is in mourning right now because my fourth foster united with his ‘furever’ family last night. I wasn’t prepared to let him go, so his departure has hit me hard. I should be happy for him, but I am unable to move past my selfish sorrows.

I see him everywhere. I feel him everywhere. I hear him everywhere.

I cried myself to sleep last night.

It SUCKS. It HURTS. It feels unbearable…

Time to find my ground….
