It’s 2017 and Mental Health is still an issue in the workplace.

I suggest we don’t forget the realities for many CEOs and bosses. Most of them work crazy hours, and may have said mental issues as well (however slight). Doesn’t matter how much you work, if you don’t take a break from phone + internet + tv etc, you end up not even perceiving mental health issues, and find it hard to empathize.

Not to discount anything said. This perspective is for those employees who might feel frustrated. I’ve always found compassion for my boss(es) always put feelings in a better place.
