Amazing! This Police Officer Shared His Sandwich With A Corpse So It Would Feel Less Dead!

Completely unrelated to her asthma, Little Susan Wellington saw an act of kindness that took her breath away.

She witnessed Police Officer Stephen Cott sit down next to a dead body and hand the corpse a baloney sandwich — an unprecedented act of helpfulness from someone who is paid to to help people.

“When the police officer offered the corpse a sandwich, I just couldn’t believe how much less dead the body looked,” Little Susan said. “You could see the dead man’s face of agony turn into a smile. Well, almost anyways.”

This teenage girl was so inspired by this act of kindness that she took 20 seconds to post it on Facebook. Incredible!

“I didn’t do anything, really, I just told the whole world. The real recognition belongs to the Officer Cott.” says Little Susan bashfully. “By the way, follow me on Instagram at Witness_of_Miracles!”

Because it is breaking news when a police officer does something surprisingly not shitty, the video went viral and the police officer has been promoted regardless of his qualifications.

Naturally, humble Officer Cott tried to downplay his actions.

“It wasn’t a big deal: he was just lying there alone, not really looking alive, so I just offered him a couple of bites of my lunch,” shrugs the now Lieutenant Cott.

“Normally I would have told him to get lost, but today he seemed to be breathing less than usual so I wanted to help out, you know? Apart from not being alive, the worst part of being dead is not having anyone to share it with. That’s what I’ve heard, anyways.”

Some pessimistic critics point out that the police could have helped the homeless man before he died. But why dwell on the actual problem, its causes, or possible solutions when we have this uplifting story to tell?

An online petition to name Officer Cott a saint which will undoubtedly make its way to Pope Francis for consideration.
