UPDATE: (Fri 072817)
From the opposite side of life I wanted to Thank You, Senator McCain, for having the guts and courage to take a stand and vote no against the healthcare repeal. Credit where credit is due.
THANK YOU.
I realize this death sentence reprieve is temporary and that you may yet vote in favor of another iteration of ACA Healthcare repeal.
But, today, thank you for giving me, and millions of my fellow human beings, another day of life.
*****
I was among those from the opposite side of life who actually cheered your return — I took you at ‘YOUR WORD’, and YOU LIED — AGAIN.
Instead of being a Public Servant, you are a Party Member, and not unlike those who pledged allegiance to Hitler.
Political Representatives like you are herding the tired, the poor, the homeless and tempest-tost of America’s huddled masses, right off the cliffs to their deaths, all to the nauseating tune of ‘Right To Life’.
Your true value for the sanctity of life has as much ballast as does your forked-tongue. Say one thing and do the exact opposite.
If healthcare coverage is such an ‘option’, show some balls and give it up.
Why don’t you TAKE ONE GOOD LOOK AT SOME OF YOUR HOSPITAL BILLS — AND THEN TRY REAL HARD TO IMAGINE YOU WERE ONE OF US, A HUMAN BEING WITHOUT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN INCOME.
WE DO NOT HAVE ‘OPTIONS’.
WE ONLY HAVE EXISTENCE OR DEATH.
AND WE HAVE REPRESENTATIVES LIKE YOU TO THANK FOR THAT.
After WWII people swore a regime like Hitler’s, filled with hate and contempt for anyone different would never be able to rise again. How wrong anyone was — and is — to think that.
You need a new moniker — Forked-Tongue McCain.
