Five Cricketers Impressed the Selectors in this Ranji Trophy Season

With the latest Ranji Trophy season there are few emerging cricketers who stood tall amongst others. There are five cricketers who catch the attention this season for their team.

RavindraJadeja:Jadeja, who plays for Saurashtra has executed extraordinarily well with both bat and ball in the competition but his magic and accomplishments in bowling has been the best part of this Ranji Trophy. He has emerged as the top wicket-taker of the tournament so far. He has played three games and has picked 37 wickets at an excellent bowling average of nine and a deadly strike rate of 22.3. He has picked a least of five wickets in all six innings and a least of ten wickets in all the three games.Jadeja’s determinations have earned him a place in the Indian team for the main two Tests against South Africa.

Karaparambil Monish- As per latest cricket update, Kerala’s slow left-arm mainstream bowler Karaparambil Monish has overwhelmed in the competitionuntil now. He has picked 27 wickets from four matches and he is now second highest wicket-taker. His economy rate of 2.38 is even well than that of this season’s bestplayerJadeja.

ShreyasIyer- Mumbai batter ShreyasIyer is the top run-scorer of the competition up to now. He has 496 runs from four games at asurprising average of 82.66 and an unmatched strike rate of 99. He has smashed 11 massive sixes in the competition putting him at the topmost when it comes to number of sixes hit in the tournament as well. He has also scored a double hundred. Shreyas is just 20-years-old but his outstanding batting performance should make member of selection panelcome up with picking him in Indian team, particularly T20Is seeing he is a fast scorer and his skill to clear the ground at will.

RohanPrem- This left-handed Kerala cricket player has hit two hundreds and two half centuries at an average of 76.66 from four games. In his previous match, Rohan made a strong century against Services to support his team get three points.

Parvez Rasool- Jammu and Kashmir off-spin all-rounder Parvez Rasool has struck very well in the playoffs. He has 414 runs from four matches at an average of 69. He has hit two hundreds as well as a fifty. Rasool’stop score of 130 came in the fourth round of the competition against Tripura.

These youngsters are the new face who can shine in Indian National Cricket Team.
