I started my entrepreneurial journey at a young age. Whether I was raking leaves or selling souvenirs to tourists in the mountains of Colorado, I loved the challenge and reward of providing goods and services that people loved. Each time I set out to “do business,” I was faced with a variety of decisions to support the needs and desires of the customer.

Today I have the privilege of working with a company that is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience when it comes to products and services online.

Bonvera is a world-class Compensated Marketplace that provides a platform to create something truly unique. Bonvera welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities to share in a shopping model that pays you back for buying the things you already buy, allowing the average individual to turn monthly expense into monthly reward.

I recently ran across a couple of online articles from forbes.com. Each article referenced the Millennial Generation. I believe that deep down many of us, regardless of age, relate to the results of these surveys. For me, Bonvera is the solution.

What Millennials Want In The Workplace

Intelligence Group studies of millennials have found that:
· 64% of them say it’s a priority for them to make the world a better place.
· 72% would like to be their own boss.
· 88% prefer a collaborative work-culture rather than a competitive one.
· 74% want flexible work schedules.
· 88% want “work-life integration”

Millennials Are The True Entrepreneur Generation

A new survey released today by Bentley University suggests that millennials sense that career success will require them to be more nimble, independent and entrepreneurial than past generations.

If past generations dreamed of the prestige and perks that come with a corner office in the executive suite, the dream of the millennial generation appears somewhat different.

Prizing Independence:
Only 13% of survey respondents said their career goal involves climbing the corporate ladder to become a CEO or president. By contrast, almost two-thirds (67%) said their goal involves starting their own business.

The entrepreneurial spirit is alive and well!!!
