The Page navigator option in Power BI automatically creates a grid with all the pages in the report, eliminating the need to manually create navigation buttons using bookmarks.

All you need to do is go to “Buttons” in the Insert tab and select the “Page Navigation” option from “Navigator”.

A set of buttons, with a button for each page, will appear on the canvas. In my case, there are 4 pages (3 visible and 1 hidden). You will notice that this option will display buttons for all pages, irrespective of their visibility status. Thus displaying 4 buttons for me.

In order to remove the navigation buttons for hidden pages, select the visual and set “Show hidden
