I’m glad that this article is here, and I’ll share it. However, free availability of contraception and abortion may stabilise the population, but it is unlikely to shrink it significantly. And while the highly developed west may possibly shrink its consumption slightly, with effort, the less-developed world is only going to increase its consumption for the foreseeable future. We will have to do more. And that’s the legislation nobody wants to talk about.
