Time to Remodel Your Kitchen
When you remodel your kitchen add the modern convenience of a small prep sink.
I’ve decided that it is time to remodel my kitchen. It needs to be brought into modern times. I want a total redo for the entire kitchen. It is too small and outdated. I’m knocking down a wall to open the kitchen. The dining room will now be an extension of the kitchen. In place of the wall, I’m building a large island with a prep sink. That is where I will make drinks, prep food, and entertain dinner guests. It’s going to be a fabulous new kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets, and hardwood floors. Today is the day that I try to find small sinks. I’ve read about them in the past and I know that they are available in a variety of styles.
For my kitchen remodel I’m trying to find small sinks. I need one to place in my new kitchen island. I believe that I want stainless steel, round, and undermount. However, I am open to other options. A friend of mine was telling me about small copper sinks. That could be pretty.
Also, I’ve seen Quartztone in a variety of colors. I need my small sink to be durable and easy to clean. I’m feeding a family and I’d like to be able to easily sanitize my sinks and countertops. Because I have stainless steel appliances, and a stainless steel double bowl regular sink, I want a small stainless steel prep sink. I think that all of those things together will create unity and flow in the kitchen space.
Small stainless steel sinks offer the most variety. There are square, round, oval, and even rectangle shaped small sinks. I decide on one that looks like a miniature version of my regular sized sinks. When I was able to find a small sink that I felt to be the most perfect for my home I bought it. It is a small rectangle with rounded corners and a seven-inch-deep bowl. The sink has a lifetime warranty and is the most durable and easy to clean prep sink that I can find. It is perfect. I can visualize it in the space matching the other kitchen items.
As my kitchen remodel starts to come to an end I can see the whole thing coming together. The new hard wood flooring looks amazing with the custom built cabinets. My new sinks all flow across the countertops without stopping because I chose the undermount style. The stainless steel appliances and sinks are shiny and look perfect in the space. They all create the perfect flow in the kitchen. The small sink that I found is perfectly placed in the island where I can make cocktails or prepare vegetables while I can still visit with dinner guests. I bought matching faucets for both sinks. The kitchen is larger, opened up and light is flowing in. I couldn’t have asked for a better kitchen remodel that is updated and functional. I’m very happy with my modern upgrade of the small sink mounted in the countertop island.
