I love this idea of completing an inventory or audit, of not trying to do it all. It’s a hard thing to accept, I think a lot of us want to do it all, to dig deep and always give 100%, wearing it like a badge of honour! I know that’s what I did. This is such a beautiful permission slip to lean into being human, and to recognize you can’t give everything to everyone and every area at the same time
