If you've found yourself reading this page, I have to assume that it is because you wish to know a little more about little old me—Kristen Fae. I suppose I may as well oblige.

I am a 27 year old author who first began my writing journey in elementary school, and while I don't have most of what I wrote in those first several years, I continue to write as much as I can today. I grew up in humid state of Mississippi, where I still live with my amazing boyfriend and my two cats: an elderly calico named Chloe and an exuberant young tuxedo named Lore (Scrungle, to those in the know).

Though I studied English in college and write some pieces of nonfiction occasionally, I consider myself a creative writer—one who loves to experiment with language, rhythm, style, and other devices in an attempt to elicit emotional responses in my readers. Poetry and fantasy are my preferred modes of expression, though I'll experiment with whatever happens to capture my interest.

In addition to publishing on Medium, I've become very active in my best friend's streaming efforts (check him out!) and on our Discord server, which is pretty much the only "social media" platform I tolerate. We always welcome others to play games with, so come join us if you'd like! We even have a Minecraft server that's open 24/7 for those who join our Discord server, Pallendruøm.

Oh, and have I mentioned yet that I design merch? In addition to the designs I create for my best friend, we've added a collection to the merch shop called "The Fae Collection," which is made up of designs I've created for fun. Here's a sneak peak!
