Completely agree that it is lifestyle dependant and that’s awesome that IF works for you! My bottom line is more concerning those who might see IF as an “all or nothing” approach … for example, if someone feels as though they absolutely cannot eat (i.e. for a holiday, celebration) since it it outside of their feeding window — studies show that as long as the same amount of kcals are consumed, they shouldn’t have to worry about gaining weight. Putting this into perspective can make the diet less intimidating.

I think the best thing is to listen to your hunger cues, and not simply to eat at a certain time because “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” so I’m with you on that! Also fun fact — our blood glucose is naturally higher in the morning anyways, so take advantage of that and keep up the physical activity.
