So the rest of the information will most likely be read when you have a video present on your website.

8. WHEN NOT TO USE ANIMATED VIDEO
An animated video is not always the best solution for your product or service. When you want to present testimonials of clients, you will need live video, instead of an animation to get more credibility.
When your service involves real people you need to show them, a live video is a lot better for coaches or for promoting a tourism destination.
