Pasta Salad Dressing Recipe:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 tsp oregano
1 tsp paprika
3 tsp Italian seasoning

Tyler Florence Roasted Tomato Soup Recipe:
**I modified this by using vegetable stock and reducing the amount of olive oil I used to around 1/4 cup

Maple Balsamic Dressing Recipe
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp grainy mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp finely chopped shallot
