The Problem with Women in Tech isn’t the Women — it’s the Men
Ross Fubini

As a woman who works in tech (in a non-tech role), this article probably should have bummed me out, but instead it made me happy. Thank you. It’s just so good to hear this coming from a man for a change and not, to your point, the usual justifiably outraged women. Because this really is everyone’s problem.

(Semi-tangentially, your article reminded me that lately I’m seeing lots of people — including lots of men — ask “How could any woman vote for someone as misogynist as Donald Trump?” My reaction is always that it’s a fair question, but why ask it only of women? Why would any half-decent guy vote for an overt misogynist? You are getting at the same idea here and all I can say is please keep beating that drum!)
