I already get up early for yoga. I wake at 5:15 to be to yoga by 6:00. I am back home about 7:30 and sift through emails planning my work day while in the infrared sauna from 7:30–9:00 when my “work day” starts. If I work instead of exercise, I will become a fat unhealthy blob. I really resent that my job(s) are a full 10+ hours/day of sitting in front of a computer, but hey, that is what pays my bills. What can you suggest to add productivity without compromising my good health?
