I don’t see why user research is in demise? Not 1 argument in this article gives valid reason why.

If you want to achieve good results you always have to combine qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods. Everything else is just a fluff talk (like this article).

Putting misleading title results in very bad user experience that I just had. I think this article is just marketing material for salesforce.

User research is still in its infancy and its long way before its peak.
