So you’re kind of accepting that females might have brains, but in the chance that they do, you’d rather not hire them to prevent the situation of false accusations. Correct?
You also accept you want the hire all the talent that comes your way. Correct?
Then how about you create a work space, if it’s in your hands, or suggest the creation of a work place, that’s open and safe?
You know, open, airy, well lit spaces, lots of CCTV’s, an employee code etc.?
That way, you can hire anyone capable, without feeling vulnerable? If a female does falsely allege abuse, you’d have proof then?
To brush off an entire half of the population from a line of work seems really silly.
And, if you can’t take care of your workspace and employees, that makes you generally bad employer.
