How TO Take Care of Yourself as a Man

My article will be looking at how a person can take care of themself, some of the points can be more general for both genders but I will be focusing more on the male gender.

According to 2019 estimates, about 280 million people worldwide have depression, including 5 percent of the world’s adults and 5.7 percent of adults above the age of 60. why does the large percentage of our society is struggling with their mental health and suffering from it for a long time or are unable to overcome it. The main factor that involves in lack of mental health is social media and its influence in our bodies.

Social media can be fun at times but when it starts to control us in a certain way its not fun any more

many are not even aware of its effects on us. Just ask yourself what is is the first thing that u do while you wake up. I bet you start your day by scrolling throug the social media feed. This routine can alter our mind and can make us mentally weak. Imagine waking up with shoving your face with 100s of negativity on your face

What can be done to take care of us, our body and our mind to lead a happy life?

In order to be mentally healthy, you first need to be physically fit. You can start by working out 3 or 4 days out of a week, make sure to include both cardio and weight training as its develops our muscles, stamina and helps your heart

Make sure to watch for you sreen time in social media platform, try to minimize its usage

you should also make sure you body is in best condition. try to groom yourself regularly and have a neat appeal, I will drop a link to video on how to do it

The next tip that Iam going to give you is the game changer. Its called meditation. it is something that you should do every day at least once its gonna take hardly 10 mins. You can start with a simple mindfulness guided meditation, I'll give a link below on how to do it

If try all these tips for 21 days you see that your life will change magically, your mental health starts to improve aswell ayour body and your overall mood
