Day 4: August 6, 2016

So I know it is technically not the sixth but I am still awake so I’m going to count it.

I have realized some things about art today. First, that all art isn’t for everyone. Second, doesn’t mean it should not be appreciated. I watched a very extensive, technical, and beautiful five hour dance performance today.

I know nothing about dance. I found it difficult to sit through the whole thing because dance has never been something I enjoy. However, I think it is important for me to remember that this recital took lots of hard work, time, and dedication and shouldn’t be undermined.

Anyway I will elaborate on this topic in the future. I’m too drained to think right now. Later.
