I feel that in life everyone is passed from one moment to the next. Sometimes you are the one who is carrying someone and other times you are the one getting carried-the key is to have faith that in every passing moment you will have something or someone to hold on to, or you learn to hold yourself up. The strength lies not in the attachment or the bond, but in the ability to let go and to have faith that whatever is coming next is exactly what you need to evolve into the best version of yourself. Life is constantly moving and to attach a permanence to something — person, place, circumstance, is to not fully immerse yourself in whatever is happening in front of you.

Chances are you, or someone you know, has had to learn how to let go at some point in their life. However, that’s the beauty of life — there is always a chance to use your wisdom to not only light your path, but the light the path of others. You have to continue to learn, to give, to share, to feel, and to love. So many people are afraid of this, and until I went through challenging times, I too, was afraid. Jump. Have faith. Let go. You have the tremendous power of shifting lives. Whatever you put into the current moment and your surroundings will come back to you and serve you even greater.

This moment is yours for the taking. Seize it.
