Great article. Thank you so much for taking the effort to share this. One tactical question — how do you structure this for an organization that has multiple business units that are adjacent/ (somewhat) dependent, and each unit has several swim-lanes?
If we have a quarterly meeting at a BU level, but then you lose the opportunity for knowledge sharing across BU product teams. If you have a single meeting, you risk fatigue/ boredom amongst the attendees. Thoughts?
