Apples to oranges, considering a car would have more than a 1 year warranty. Would I feel differently if this was a $35,000 home automation device that lasted 2 years… quite likely, but then again I wouldn’t spend $35,000 on a startup’s product and I would have put a lot more research into the product itself.
