The Journey Continues
This morning, I sent this message out to the Taylor’s Gift Core Team and others and wanted to share with a larger group as well.
Thank you to so many that have been there for me, my family and the foundation that was created to help others touched by organ donation.
As “they” say: This is just the beginning…

“The greatest thing in this world is not so much where we stand as in what direction we are moving.” ―Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
Monday begins a new chapter in the Taylor's Gift Foundation journey!
As you know, with growth comes change and we have embraced change in the last 4+ years in order to best deliver on our mission. With our board's approval, I am officially moving to Board Chair to continue to provide the vision and strategic mission of Taylor's Gift. Tara will serve as Interim Executive Director for all day to day operations.
An Executive Director Search Committee has been formed, which I will chair and we have begun our recruiting efforts for the next leader for Taylor's Gift Foundation. Please share http://blog.taylorsgift.org/executivedirector with those that are interested.
With your help and efforts, we have made amazing progress towards our mission of increasing organ donation to Regift Life, Renew Heath and Restore Families with the most recent announcements we continue to change the conversation and help those touched by organ donation. Make sure you read and share>> http://blog.taylorsgift.org/announcements
I will be devoting all of my volunteer time, talent and treasure to my Board duties and for my "day job", I am joining Formstack, an amazing and successful SaaS (software as a service) company and serving as Vice President of Sales, which is based in Indianapolis, IN. I will work from Coppell and do some travel as needed. You can learn more about Formstack here: https://www.formstack.com/about.
This is an amazing time for all of us and Taylor's Gift Foundation and I look forward to our continued journey together!
