A third party is a good choice because they can break all the glass they need to and keep the relationship between employee and potential employer in tact.

The main takeaway should be that the relationship between employee and employer needs to be a lot more balanced than it is in most cases. People often run into a lot of trouble when it’s not. In this case it clearly wasn’t.
