Maybe simply don’t love yourself. All of this Choose Yourself isn’t backed by real honest acceptance and self-love. Choose Yourself is about putting up walls and replying to emails, even with a — “Hi, I’m taking 100 days off from people, I’ll be in touch after that or if you want — please write me again, with love, James” — is about breaking them down and being vulnerable. Writing about yourself lets you control a lot of things. Doing a podcast is one-to-many. Entering into human interactions — back and forth banter — exposes you and is a lot more raw.
