June 24

In sin, I offer selfish prayers to God.

In sin, I demand that He listens, He answers, He obeys.

In sin, I secretly hope that my will be done.

Do I, then, still in pray, knowing that it is in vain? Do I believe that God is still willing, still trying to mold me, so that I can be His workmanship? Will I cling onto the hope that He will never leave nor forsake me? Can I believe that He desires good for me, and not evil? Do I pray seeking His guidance, knowing full well that He may call me to something I may not initially want?

The words I pray are a call to action.

You didn’t die so that I could follow a shallow religion.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
