Thanks for sharing the summary of the Pod cast, Avinash. I especially liked the analogy of life with a river. The analysis about over achievers is probably a bit simplistic, because a person who doesn’t nurture relationships may achieve some success in life, but can’t become an over achiever. An over achiever by definition is someone who has accomplished things way beyond their natural gifts or perceived capacity. Cheers and keep posting more stuff like this.
