Introduction

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a long-term kidney disorder that causes damage. When kidneys are damaged, toxins accumulate in the blood because they cannot filter waste products.

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a dangerous illness that raises the risk of anemia, heart disease, and stroke. Additionally, it may result in renal failure, necessitating a kidney transplant or dialysis.

PredictEasy Analysis

Using this No-Code AI platform, we got ten feature importance variables out of 25 feature variables.

We can also see this in the SHAP value chart; through this, we can see that the more the red color in the feature variable more it contributes to CKD.

Tunning the model by taking the top 10 contributor

We used the previous ten feature important variables and fine-tuned them in the model to predict CKD. From this, we learned that coronary_artery_disease, age, and potassium contribute to CKD more with respect to other feature variables.
