We Indians have been brought up with fear – fear of consequences of not doing an activity that they themselves failed to do. We have not been encouraged right from our childhood days, only those who scored good marks were regarded highly while the others were marked ordinary or fit for nothing. WHY? Why only good marks is the only criterion for appreciation?

This fear is born out of consequences of being judged as an individual every moment. It’s this negative motivation that drives a lot human behaviour. Sadly, it doesn’t help in long-term!
