Water is an important part of our life. Humans and even animals, birds and sea creatures can’t live without it.

The human body is made up of 60–70% water. It is an integral part of life on earth just like we can’t live without air some as we can’t survive more without water.

The chemical composition of water is H2O means it is made up of hydrogen and oxygen molecules except that water has no taste but consist of some essential minerals in it which are also necessary for our body.

Drinking water is very good habit for health as well as for wishing a long life some of the health benefits are-

1. Drinking enough water daily will help you to improve your metabolism activities and helps you to get rid of constipation.

2. Drink 8–10 glasses of water on daily basis to keep our body hydrated throughout the day and help to reduce fatigue.

3.It makes skin and hair smooth and beautiful by improving blood circulation in the skin.

4.Drinking enough water daily will also help you to reduce the risk of kidney stone because it helps to remove the toxic contents from the body through urine.

5. Water also to supply extra oxygen to the brain and body as well and maintain oxygen level which helps the brain to work efficiently and improve concentration level.

6. Drinking excess water also reduces chances of heart problems by keeping proper blood circulation.

7. Drinking lukewarm water daily helps to reduce weight.

There are a lot more benefits of water above are some of them which can help you stay healthy.

But at last, overdoing something is bad so we should only consume 8–10 glasses of water in a day and if we want to drink more according to need of our activities then we need to consult with a doctor first.
