Each of our services follows the following order
Book. 3 steps to schedule a pickup. Select Service, Share your details and Make Booking.
Pick Up. The delivery executive will pick your bike from your location and deliver it to Protto Partnered service station.
Inspection. Service executive will inspect your bike and prepare job card.
Servicing. Partnered service stations start working on your bike. You can relax while your bike is being serviced.
Quality Check. The bike service jobs will be verified by a Quality Control Officer to make sure you get the right serviced bike.
Delivery. Delivery executive will deliver your bike back to you.

Well, worry no more as all your bikes are insured while in transit, the insurance costs will be covered by Protto in case your bike is damaged or mishandled during the entire life cycle of the service.
Also, Protto enables the customer to track the status of your bike during the Service. At any point in time to know the status of your bike, you can use the Tracking feature that helps you Track your bike.
