Nathan Curtis, Great Article. I am reading this for 3rd time to design a similar survey for Product Teams at Digicorp.
You have covered all aspects in detail with proper data. There are many takeaways. Few questions,
- Do you take client input in this survey? I believe that taking clients input is very important as we work with them as their partners and that is very critical to success of the product.
- In case of long running projects over months, do you take the surveys intermittently at monthly or some regular interval?
- Does the questions change if we are designing and developing a software product instead of just designing? According to me it should not.
