I don’t blame you at all, as a programmer excited about the prospect of developing for VR, I’m staying well out of the Facebook camp on this one. I can safely say I have no regrets about my Vive pre-order. Let’s hope that Oculus (i.e: Facebook) don’t set the precedent for the future of VR.

Edit: I spoke to soon, apparently. It looks as though HTC have an almost identical clause in their Terms of Service.
