I believe that you will ultimately find that time is not affected by gravity, nor by motion. What is affected is the interaction of our particulate state with the background energy of space, which is not empty except from our limited point of perception. Rates of quantum state processes are governed by the energy that creates and maintains those quantum states. There probably are not any internal attractive forces, just inferior energy density that responds to external force and is limited by it, creating the known laws of the observable universe, where 99.999% of the energy present is not observable for us.
