A new series just aired this past Friday, 9/9 at 10pm and is also one I have the pleasure of starring in.

Quarry is based upon the series of books from author Max Allen Collins, who also penned Road To Perdition starring Tom Hanks.

This new series takes place in the 1970’s and follows the aftermath of one man’s life when he returns home from Vietnam. This series is a gritty, heart-wrenching story of loss, and love gone south, and danger, and murder of course!

Today, we see hundreds of our veterans struggling with coming home and have hundreds of programs to help them out. In the 1970’s we left our service men to fend for themselves. It’s very prevalent to today’s stories, and serves as a reminder to never let that happen again.

My character, Ricky Suggs, is a plucky, lovable character who is everyones best friend… Ok, maybe he’s the opposite of that, but he sure was fun to play. You’ll find out more when you see him on screen, but damn is my facial hair rocking!

Follow me on social media under my name — Kurt Yaeger — for more updates, to chat and get in contact with. I run all my own pages, yes it is hard, but I would rather be accessible and not a robot.

Here’s to Quarry and congrats to the team who created and built the show! Every Friday night at 1opm on Cinemax.
