Your friend the “Ego”

The ego is a tool that allows you to experience yourself fully.
The ego can allow you to create the illusion of separation, which you are not, you are ONE!
The ego can allow you to create the illusion of unworthiness, which you are not, you are worthy!
The ego can allow you to create the illusion of lack, which you are not, you are abundant!
The ego can allow you to create the illusion of death, which you are not, you are eternal!

The fact is that when you experience what you are not, how can you identify what you are not? You must be worthy to identify that you are not unworthy, how? By the feeling!
If it feels off, if it feels bad you have just identified what you are not thanks to the illusion the ego just allowed you to create by your wanting to focus upon lack. Appreciate your negative emotion, it has just allowed you to see and experience what you are not and therefore experienced who you are, all at the same time.
