An Open Letter to AST, AFTV & Arsenal Fans

Here we are, yet again in absolute chaos and disarray after 2 games of the new season. A familiar scenario just like the last 8 seasons in recent memory. I’ll go straight to the point about my question to the AST: — What is it you actually do? You’re all well connected within Arsenal football fans and Arsenal football club internal management. You’re all in positions of power where you can influence or at least question exactly what’s going on. Every year at the same AGM, fans like myself think “OK maybe this time they’ll ask some really grilling questions” and every year it’s the same amount of s*it in responses. Same questions same answers. Fans like myself, cannot afford season tickets let alone an actual game ticket at £80. We all go on our annual protests and nothing happens. Last year we were supposed to boycott the clubs merchandise to make a statement to the board. But what do you know? Arsenal Fan TV and all of you went back to the armoury.
There comes a point in time where we question what exactly you stand for AST? Arsenal Fan TV as well, I really respect you Robbie and the crew for the hustle and hardwork you all put in. I cannot fault people for building a business but again last year you were all in a position of power. The media was there on your side and you went to interview Gary Neville because of something he said commentating. You also mentioned a merchandise boycott but nothing happened. So again I must ask, what do you do to benefit and push fans positive agendas on the moving the club forward?
I would like to hear direct responses to these questions. To all my fellow Arsenal fans who like me can’t afford tickets or not warrant spending £100 for a shirt every year we must come together and start our own community and challenge what Arsenal Football Club should stand for. I suggest making our own supporters group “FOR THE MANY, NOT THE FEW” to quote Arsenal fan Jeremy Corbyn.
