10 Things I Had to Give Up to Heal My Anxiety
Benjamin Foley

loved your write up. realised that i’s doing the same all through my life when i wanted to prioritize and move on. cut on ‘friends’, TV and all the other clutter! it really doesnt matter to ‘belong’, ‘not belong’……. I think what you may mean regarding reestablishing is, as i assume, doing things that no longer controls you. I do watch TV, but with detachment, I do socialize but don’t miss any, I do relax with a drink, but it does not necessarily relax me. The only area i don’t know how i would respond is when my kids leave the nest. But, I am working on that too! Like it is said, I am just a tourist, ready to leave to any destination!
