Thanks! That is a good question. In my opinion, they are all guided by laws, only some, such as astrology for example, are limited severely by those laws. The laws restrict and refine each social and natural science, and therefore prevent certain ones, such as astrology or even aspects of sociology, from being furthered/advanced.
