I like how your cookie looks like a meat from far away (it was what I was thinking when you were presenting across the table). I also liked how you had organic honey and protein powder, which just completes “Healthy” part of the cookie. In addition, your photos are very nicely taken — without any distraction with shadows or kitchen mess.

I wish you had just put more flour instead of flour-coating, and see how it went. The richness of sweetness would have been lessened if there were more white flour in it. But at the same time, you didn’t bake these cookies, so I don’t know what would have happened with mixing more flour.

What if you had these with buns, or some fruits? Since these (still) look like steaks to me, I thought may be, you could put the cookie between two banana cuts or apple pieces, to look like a dessert-burger, and eat them together to combine sour, fruity taste with the concentrated sweetness.
