I like your idea of having a avocado-shaped cookie. I also like your idea of substituting butter with avocado, because that’s something I would love to try for health reasons.

I wish you had the picture of the melted Sour Patch Kids- I imagine that it looked quite colorful, and inedible. Looking at your Final Nerdz Cookies photo, I guess your whole cookie making process was super dynamic: they all look like an abstract modern painting piece.

What if you just had cut the avocado and bake it with some flour surrounding it, instead of piping out the avocado/flour mix? I know that you were trying to make something more crunchier, and I think there would be a way to make crunchier avocado cookie without taking the avocado out.
