Web safe rocks, follow the guidelines.

Every time we use our computer, we’re on a journey through web traps. Each website can be the one that would break our navigation, our research for informations.
Why?
There’s a common answer to life on a computer: “refresh the page, it should work”. We use a lot of technologies while creating a web page, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, CSS… Each one with its own restrictions and capabilities.
But we often use them the wrong way.
Instead of creating something easy to use, we try to create a monster (of beauty, of useful animations, of our DNA). Those problems are unique because we are unique.
We should try to do something great the very first time. To do something great, we should do it simple. To do it simple, we have to think about it before doing anything else.
That’s where the trap lies: we have to do everything quick and make it working on our computer.
Well, sometimes it works, sometimes not.
Let’s do a test, what about picking a font on your computer and see if it’s web safe or not. Depending on your operating system, it’ll be displayed differently.
Everything would be fine if you chose one of the font of the green list above. Each one in the yellow and purple circles are linked to the operating system. Causing bleeding eyes to any customer on a web page using them with the wrong OS…

This is a simple example of what to avoid to conquer the Internet the right way.
I’ll post several good readings in this Medium publication. Don’t forget to follow websafe.rocks! (You can like and bookmark too, I’ll be pleased!)
