Power
Power is not how big and powerful force you have at your back. Power is how much others respect you and how deep your people love you.
It goes the same in an organization. The power of a manager or a leader is nothing to do with how many staff you have. It is how much your staffs are willing to work for you and how much others respect you and let you achieve organizational success.
And you can only build a power by doing the same back to them. Love your people and respect others.
သြဇာအာဏာ
သြဇာအာဏာ ဆိုတာ ကိုယ့်နောက်မှာ ဘယ်လောက်ကြီး ဘယ်လောက် အစွမ်းထက်တယ့် အင်အားတစ်ခု ရှိနေတာ မဟုတ်ဘူး။ ကိုယ့်ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နှင့် တလောကလုံးက ကိုယ့်ကို ဘယ်လောက် လေးစားတယ်၊ ကိုယ့်နောက်ကသူတွေက ကိုယ့်ကို ဘယ်လောက်ထိ နက်နက်ရှိုင်းရှိုင်း ချစ်ခင်မြတ်နိုးတယ် ဆိုတာသာ ဖြစ်တယ်။
ကုမ္ပဏီ အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေ ထဲမှာလည်း ဒီလိုပဲ။ ခေါင်းဆောင် မန်နေဂျာ တစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ သြဇာအာဏာဟာ ကိုယ့်ဆီမှာ ဝန်ထမ်း ဘယ်နှစ်ယောက် ရှိနေတယ် ဆိုတာနှင့် မဆိုင်ဘူး။ စီမံကိန်း တစ်ခု အောင်မြင်ဖို့ အတွက် ကိုယ့် ဝန်ထမ်းတွေက ကိုယ့်ကို ဘယ်လောက်ထိ အလုပ်လုပ်ပေးချင်နေသလဲ၊ တခြားသူတွေကရော ကိုယ့်ကို ဘယ်လောက်ထိလေးစားပြီး ဘယ်လောက်ထိ အကူအညီ ပေးချင်နေသလဲ ဆိုတာနှင့်ပဲ ဆိုင်တယ်။
ဒီလို သြဇာအာဏာ အစစ်ကို တည်ဆောက်ချင်တယ်ဆိုရင်တော့ ကိုယ့်လူတွေကိုလည်း ပြန်လည် ချစ်ခင်မြတ်နိုးရမှာ ဖြစ်သလို၊ တခြားသူတွေကိုလည်း အပြည့်အဝ လေးစားရမှာ ဖြစ်တယ်။
