We have this process at our company. Employees can submit questions online via an anonymous survey. They are then addressed during a ‘town hall’ company wide meeting. They’re called ‘Dear Jonathan’ as they’re addressed to and and answered by the company founder himself. It’s a great way for employees to voice any niggling concerns they have.
