Just like there are all types of drivers, there are all types of cyclists. People who work with others generally experience very few problems and that people seeking battle tend to find it every time regardless of how they get around.

As an observation, compliance with speed limits and stop signs is low enough among motorists that you can expect to really irritate other drivers if you actually do so.

I am curious about suing someone for a paint scratch. If someone else is at fault, they are liable. But good luck collecting beyond what it takes to be made whole (i.e. repair the damage). Any lawyer who tries to convince you he can get more is either an idiot or taking advantage of you.
