In terms of knowing when to bulk, start with what you want to do, whether it’s hire people, rebrand, enter a new market, and then figure out if you have the cash to pull it off.

It helps to have quarterly goals and then decide what you need to accomplish to reach those goals. Also where are the biggest bottlenecks in your business where hiring someone would get rid of it?
