Daniel, your point about sensing emotions as they form is spot-on. I too am gradually developing this skill … the ability to accept/reject an emotional response can change the course of an entire day if done proactively.

If you have any more tips or resources that you’ve found useful, I’m all ears. Mindfulness is one of those areas where, while I’ve made improvements, I’m sure there are ways to improve that I am not even aware of (let alone all of those I am aware of).
