Marshawn ‘Beast Mode’ Lynch retires from the NFL.

Despite retiring at an early age of 29, Lynch has been a renowned figure for his ‘beast’ plays and his controversial personality.

He was drafted in the first round of the 2007 draft and won his only Super Bowl two seasons ago.

Numerous content has been produced about his retirement, being such a huge player in the NFL, but the two that caught my eye link with the way he retired and Sky Sports’ piece on him

The piece by James Dielhenn speaks of Lynch’s biggest moments in the NFL.

This allowed fans to remind themselves of his “eye-catching” moments, on the field and off.

With detailed stats and video content this article shows all sides of Beast Mode, whilst being informative at the same time.

The second piece of content is the way of which he retired…

“Couldn’t be any more Lynch like”

Posting this on twitter created a huge reaction from the general public, as (for a while) the media were in the dark so only rumours were flying about.

After years of disagreements with the NFL and media, including the infamous “I’m just here so I don’t get fined”, Lynch continues this ‘feud’ by not telling the media himself, leaving room for tributes from teammates and other players as confirmation.

The Seahawks later released a statement confirming his retirement.

Now the question arises, is he Hall of Fame worthy?
